ArtsEHub is an Art Site. It is a focal point in providing Users, ie creators and artists, in showcasing their talents and skills and at the same time, enjoying some benefits and/or obtaining descent earnings from their work.  The main service of ArtsEHub’s platform is providing unique forms of opportunities to Users who are in the field of arts and the like.

Please note that ArtsEHub does not process payments.  Instead,  ArtsEHub ties up with third party institutions in directly facilitating payments between its Registered Users who consider themselves as Sellers and Patrons who consider themselves as Buyers.  Before registration, ArtsEHub highly recommends to Users of this Site to spend time in visiting and understanding the respective privacy policies of third party institutions/sites that they intend to use in the processing of their corresponding payments and earnings.

Furthermore, Users/Sellers must take full responsibility or charge of privileged information from prospective Users/Buyers of their products that are provided to them during transactions through ArtsEHub’s platform.  The said information may include Buyer’s names, phone numbers, methods of payments, delivery addresses which are required by logistics companies for the delivery of products and services being sold through our Site. 

When you become a User and giving consent to utilizing the platform of our Site, ArstEHub collects your information in line with the purpose of adhering to the laws imposed by government and/or duly designated enforcement authorities who may conduct needed investigations.  In view of this, ArtsEHub keeps your personal information for an unlimited duration to satisfy legal obligations and to extend the mandated services to the Users of its platform.

User’s personal information collected by ArtsEHub includes User names, contact details,  email addresses, texts to links to other third party websites, photos, images, hashtags, transaction details, payment information, responses to surveys, marketing activities, cookie data and IP addresses which are automatically detected and collected by our Site’s system together with the particulars of your computer hardware and software, domain names, browser types, access durations in relation to your utilization of our Site’s platform and other third party website addresses.

Your agreement to this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use allows us to have limited rights to your contents, files, personal details, messages and all other related technical information, not related to any sensitive and/or personal information as collected by our Site’s system.  This limited rights authorize our Site’s functionality, expanding to our trusted third party affiliates, in order to serve you the best way we can in line with your needs which may include managing and hosting, marketing, backing up your data, comment, sharing, search capabilities, previews and apps working features and performance.

Furthermore, please take into account that we do not keep your credit card credentials in our system as your payment transactions are not handled by our platform,  but are strictly handled only by your duly appointed third party financial providers who will attend to the processing of your payments.

Should you believe that any of your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please let us know the specific details of such so we can provide you with the necessary guides, actions and assistance. Initially, please submit us with the complete details of your complaint ie material identification of the subject of infringement, information for us to contact you, your proper representation as the complaining party accompanied by authenticated supporting documents that you are the sole intellectual property owner.  Please state too a guarantee that all the information you supplied is true and accurate, under penalty of perjury, that you as the complaining party has the sole authority of the actions of your complaint. Other supporting materials may be required later to help in the progress our investigation or action on your complaint.  Please note that failing to comply with the requirements stated herein may make your complaint invalid.

To avoid problems specially of copyright infringements, keep your data, images, files and contents protected.  Keep your account active and passwords always on check and updated.  Never share your account credentials or give access to your account to others.

While we value the security of your personal information, data, images, files and contents, the current nature of internet transmissions of information is not completely secure no matter how a site may install walls to protect itself.  Despite this challenge and observing strict industry standard practices, we are committed in doing our best to secure and protect Users’ data. Adhering to international law, we reserve the rights to reveal your personal information in such case/s in legal proceedings and regulations, obligations and court orders and at circumstances when  revealing your personal information is borne out of compulsory situations to protect our rights where we believed our Site is compromised due to legal adherence.  In any circumstance, ArtsEHub shall not be liable for any data loss or any trouble due to infection of viruses, malicious codes or malwares attained by Users allegedly originating from ArtEHub’s platform. It is the exclusive responsibility of the Users to secure and protect your gadgets, computers, devices and such by keeping updated at all times anti-virus or anti-malware and malicious codes.  ArtsEHub exerts all efforts that our Site doe not carry or spread any viruses, malwares or malicious codes.

In accordance to international law, in no way shall ArtsEHub, its employees, owners and management, families, beneficiaries and representatives, its affiliates,  subsidiaries and agents be liable for any cost, damages and claims including without limitation to any incidental or consequential, indirect or extended damages of any aspect or nature whatsoever arising out or in connection to any delays, loss of data, malfunctions, loss of profit, service interruption, business loss, projected profits due to your utilization of our platform’s services to include your participation of referral services and programs, contests and promotions despite ArtsEHub being notified of the probability of the damages that may arise in our system.  

All provisions stated herein comprise an agreement and rendered in accordance with  international law of the country and province of Cebu province, the Republic of the Philippines where ArtsEHub is based, without affecting conflicts of laws and provisions of other countries.  Any case or dispute brought about by parties arising from the services of our Site’s platform, shall be filed in the appropriate court located in the province of Cebu, the Republic of the Philippines and you hereby submit and consent to the official authority of the said courts during the legal proceedings arising from the case or disputes being filed.  You will be required to irrevocably waive any right you may have to the legal proceedings by the court in any action, pursuit or dispute.
